About Me

Hello, My name is Sarah Joy and I am the librarian at Troy Howard Middle School.  This is my 15th year at Troy Howard Middle School where I have worked in the library for the past fourteen years.  It is a brilliant place to be, I love working with the kids, helping them with their research, and finding awesome books to love.  I also help with the THMS Drama Club as Costume Director, and I am the Yearbook Club Advisor and teach sewing lessons to anyone who wants to learn.  I hail from Upstate New York where I lived for the first 30 years of my life.  I live in Searsport, ME with my cat Dewey (yes he is named after Melville, the creator of the Dewey Decimal System).
